JoBot

Terms of service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Seventy7 AI LTD ("we"), registered in England and Wales with company number 16817620, of 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. By creating a JoBot account you accept them. Contact us at jobot@seventy7.ai.

2. The service

JoBot uses AI to create a fit analysis, tailored CV and cover letter from your master CV and the job adverts you upload, and saves them to your Google Drive. You must be 18 or over and have a Google account with Google Drive.

3. Check everything before you use it

AI can make mistakes. You're responsible for checking that every document is accurate before sending it to anyone. Fit scores and any salary estimates are opinions, not facts or advice. We don't promise that JoBot will get you an interview or a job.

4. Your content

Your CV, job adverts and generated documents remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide JoBot, as set out in our privacy policy. You must have the right to upload what you submit, and it must be truthful.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use JoBot to create false or misleading applications, break the law, attack or overload the service, resell it, or share your account.

6. Subscription and payment

JoBot is a subscription costing £10 per month, including any VAT due, with up to 50 jobs in each monthly billing period. Unused jobs don't carry over. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. We'll tell you about any price change at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

If you're a consumer, you normally have 14 days after first subscribing to change your mind and get a refund. If you ask us to start the service during those 14 days, we may deduct an amount for what you've already used. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

8. Failed payments and ending access

If a payment fails, we'll tell you and try again. If it's still unpaid after 7 days, or your subscription has ended, JoBot will stop processing jobs and your dashboard will ask you to renew. Files already in your Drive remain yours. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep JoBot running reliably, but it depends on services such as Google and OpenAI and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change JoBot to improve it. If a change significantly harms your use of it, you may cancel and receive a refund for any unused paid period.

10. Our liability

We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be excluded.

If you're a consumer, we provide JoBot for private use, and we aren't liable for loss that wasn't a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.

If you're using JoBot for business, we aren't liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make a significant change, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
